Abstract
Although e-books have already become an important service area for libraries in terms of collection and budget, there are still many challenges that need to be improved in terms of introduction methods and services. In this study, as the non-face-to-face era due to Corona 19 is rapidly approaching and the digital environment is advanced, the size of the e-books in the library is looked at with statistics, and the domestic and foreign e-book market is identified to find ways to improve in the future. As a result of the study, the e-book budget of domestic public libraries was insufficient, and the inconvenience of e-book access still exists, so it can be said that improvement is required.
