Abstract
Purpose:
The Purpose of this study is to develop a course for prospective medical librarian education.
Methods:
Three research methods was used step by step. First, the survey was conducted to examine the status and education environment of medical librarian. Second, through consulting with two competent medi cal librarians, information which need to course development and then two courses was developed. Third, the effectiveness of the courses examined through interviews with students.
Results:
As a result, two courses prospective medical librarian education was developed, and students were considered strange in the courses, utilizing the medical drama to learn medical terminology was impressive to students, and overall increased understanding of the medical librarian.
Conclusion:
Based on the development and operational practices of two courses, concluded that medical librar ian education in the LIS undergraduate curriculum is possible.
